2. Install Taxonomy Dashboard

Before installing this Web part make sure the Taxonomy Administration web part is installed, refer to this article to learn more about installing the Taxonomy Administration.


Follow the steps below to install the Taxonomy Dashboard web part.


1.  Navigate to Pages and click New.


The New dropdown list is displayed on the Pages page.



2.  Click Site Page.


A new site page is created.



2.  Enter the page title.

3.  Click  icon to add the Taxonomy Dashboard web part.


A dialog is displayed.


Note:  You can use the Search option to find the Taxonomy Dashboard web part.



4.  Select Taxonomy Dashboard.


The List Creation dialog is displayed.



6.  Click Yes.


Note:  You must not refresh the page until the setup is complete.



The Taxonomy Dashboard web part is added to the page.



9.  Click Publish.


The Help others find your page pane is displayed.



10.  Click Add page to navigation to enable you to easily access the page on navigation.


The Taxonomy Dashboard page is added to the navigation.



11.  Click Copy address to copy the URL of the Dashboard page.  


Note:  This URL is required for setting up the Taxonomy Details web part.

12.  Click  icon to close the Help pane.


The Taxonomy Dashboard page is created successfully.
